Engineering and Continuous Improvement Process Owner

This role will be part of our Acquiring Talent Program.  The Acquiring Talent Program is designed to provide developmental opportunities to high potential leaders who will serve approximately 12 - 18 months in assignments at locations worldwide, to prepare them for their appropriate role at one of our global locations.  The program will accelerate readiness of internal succession candidates and external talent to fill key positions in the near future. Candidates will participate in compelling assignments across our global locations, positioning them for accelerated growth and development as global leaders.  Assignments are based on the functional discipline of the position. Essential Functions: The Engineering and Continuous Improvement Process Owner - Forging position within AEN includes both creation of strategic vision and tactical management and execution, examples include but are not limited to:    Drives Forging Process Management at all AEN Forging locations using the scientific method and six sigma tools. Ensures development and implementation of new materials and processes rooted in six sigma methodologies. Reports the Forging Process ASAT status monthly and develops plans to facilitate continuous improvement activities across AEN forging locations. Acts as a conduit between the AEN Research Center and manufacturing facilities to ensure that technology needs are communicated, and new technology is rapidly tested and implemented   Essential Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:   Must possess exceptional written, oral communication, and presentation skills.  Six Sigma Green Belt and/or Black Belt preferred (commitment to achieve green belt status within 24 monthsrequired).  Must be able to conceptualize equipment and product configurations.  Must be a self-starter, manage time effectively and meet deliverable deadlines. Must be a leader that positively represents AEN and influences internal personnel to represent our company in a professional and business-like manner.  Must have demonstrated ability to create trustworthy relationships and energize teams. #LI-DR1 Qualifications   Basic Qualifications:   Bachelor's Engineering degree from an accredited institution 5 years minimum experience in the Forging industry Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR), which requires U.S. person status. ITAR defines U.S. person as an U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. Green Card Holder), Political Asylee, or Refugee. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Metallurgy or Material Science Master's degree in engineering from an accredited institution Six Sigma Green Belt and/or Black Belt preferred Ability to travel 50--75%

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
