HR Coordinator

System one has an opportunity for HR Coordinator .The role of the HR Coordinator will be to assist the HR team with recruitment, onboarding and other day-to-day activities as assigned.?

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, proficient in Microsoft Office (advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel preferred), and the ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time.?

Daily job duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:?

? Posting internal and external jobs?
? Assist in the full hiring process of employees: includes recruitment, interviews, and tracking potential new candidate pre-placement contingencies?

? Coordinating onboarding for all new employees?

? Managing employee personnel files and ensure confidentiality?

? Tracking staffing needs by area and reporting on a weekly basis?

? Help with new-hire procedures: including organizing employee orientation, creating new employee files, administering employee handbooks and ensuring all necessary paperwork is properly filled out and submitted to appropriate persons?

? Other duties as assigned?

Education Requirements: Bachelor?s Degree Preferred (no work experience required)?

This role will be part-time approximately 24-30 hours/week for the next three months. It is possible that we will extend the contract longer than 3 months depending upon business needs.?

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
