Job Description
Requirements Include:
Current and unencumbered license as a CNS/Nurse Practitioner/APRN in the state of Georgia.
Must meet the training, education and experience requirements to be authorized to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of Georgia.
Must have the authority to prescribe as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of Georgia.
Must be certified by a recognized national certifying body preferred.
Master's or Doctoral Degree desirable.
Must meet Physician-Nurse Practitioner restrictive collaborative requirements specific to Georgia.
Must have insurance required by state law for Nurse Practitioners to practice (and prescribe) in the state of Georgia, or be eligible for such insurance requirements to be satisfied by group coverage with an employer.
Previous experience in psychiatric care.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, experienced working in a collaborative care team environment and functioning autonomously with minimal supervison.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
