This position will work alongside office management and will have a primary focus on day-to-day logistic events and clerical service.

Responsibilities:
Welcome onsite visitors and announce to appropriate personnel; Scheduling inbound deliveries; Inventory management; Work with customers for daily order pick-ups; Organize and prepare invoices, maintaining accuracy and speed; Answer telephone, mail invoices, and other office duties, as assigned; Regularly work with remote team members and outside contacts via Microsoft Outlook.
Qualifications:
1-2 Years of experience in a position of a similar scope, preferred; Experience with Inventory Management Systems or Microsoft Office is a plus! Schedule:
40 hours per week with flexibility to work 45-50 if necessary during our peak season 7:
30am-5:
