What you can expect:
Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:
Communicate with GSO and US traffic departments to ensure the clearance of all sample shipments via forwarding agents as well as different courier services.
Organize samples, swatch cards & other sales tools in the showroom prior to selling seasons.
Order and receive all advertising sample requests from sales.
Follow critical path to place purchase orders against sales preorders work with sales to determine quantities to place as risk buys.
Coordinate with Brand management & Sales to place all Pre-buy orders Work with Planning & Global Replenishment on placing all Outlet & ZLGP Orders Daily maintenance on all purchase orders:
adjusting delivery dates based on ex-fty dates, updating faulty units, indicating mode of transport when necessary.
Monitor and clean out purchase orders once goods are received in warehouse Monitor incoming weekly mode of transportation lists to determine Boat or Air to ensure timely delivery Work with Sales & DOS on exceptions Liaison between Sales and GSO - Daily communication with GSO to get tracking details on all shipments to ensure timely deliveries Create delivery status reports to track shipments from supplier, through customs & to our warehouse to ensure timely deliveries to final customers Updating delivery status when we receive confirmations from Germany, HBI & suppliers Meet with each buying team to discuss deliveries & exceptions to determine what needs to be aired Updating purchase orders to reflect styles to be aired Determine & Coordinate dates with Marketing, PR, Sales & Office Manager Research location if outside of showroom Oversea the organization of samples in showroom as well as making decisions to bring in samples from other locations Manage a group of 18-25 interns for the week create work schedules Order racks, curtains & miscitems for sale Set up Showroom, registers, merchandise, sell.
End of Sale clean up.
Liaison between Latin America & Canada for their sample sales Create manual purchase orders for merchandise transferred from Canada to Savannah or vice versa.
Pre-Buy & Fashion Show Monitor, receive & send back all Samples for Special Events.
Coordinate with Brand, Design studio, traffic & logistics to determine all processes Your profile:
Bachelor Degree in Business or Logistics 3
years working experience in Fashion Schedule flexibility; 40 hrsper week with the expectation that overtime may be required Flexible; Able to prioritize multiple initiatives/tasks with a strict focus on deadlines; strong sense of urgency.
Willingness to take on new challenges and expand beyond current role Strong technical and analytical experience with Micro Soft Office:
Access, Excel, Word, Power Point, One Note Working experience with SAP Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in a diverse environment; able to effectively communicate with multiple levels of the organization Flexible; Able to prioritize multiple initiatives/tasks with a strict focus on deadlines Experience with Micro Soft Excel, WordWorking experience with SAP preferred.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
