SUMMARY The Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of inbound and outbound logistics operations within our warehouse facility.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising daily operations, managing labor resources effectively, and ensuring the smooth flow of the supply chain.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinate and oversee the receipt and dispatch of goods, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to optimize supply chain processes.
Supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance to ensure a productive and motivated team.
Create and manage work schedules, assignments, and performance metrics for warehouse personnel.
Monitor day-to-day supply chain activities, including order fulfillment, inventory control, and replenishment.
Address and resolve any issues affecting the smooth flow of the supply chain.
Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis related to supply chain metrics.
Generate reports to assess the performance and efficiency of supply chain activities.
Ensure adherence to established processes and procedures in the warehouse.
Implement and reinforce compliance with standard operating procedures.
Implement and maintain effective inventory control measures to minimize discrepancies.
Conduct regular audits and cycle counts to ensure accurate stock levels.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Implement safety training programs and enforce adherence to safety protocols.
Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS Proven experience in warehouse operations management or a similar role.
Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), preferably with Manhattan Scale.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Bilingual proficiency is preferred.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
