00pm We are looking for an onsite hands-on recruiter experienced in recruiting hourly and technical positions for manufacturing.
Under the direction of the Human Resources Manager, the recruiter will provide hands on assistance in recruitment and hiring and onboarding new employees.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Providing HR Services focused on recruiting and retention of hourly and salaried positions to include creating job postings, screening applications, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, creating job offers, initiating background checks and follow up, scheduling pre-placement physicals and drug screens, and coordinating and supporting new hire orientation.
Basic
Qualifications:
HS Diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution with 2-3 years of human resources or recruiting experience.
Preferred
Qualifications:
1
years of experience recruiting for a manufacturing or hourly workforce.
1
years of experience with HR information systems and Oracle.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
Recommended Skills Human Resources Information Systems Manufacturing Oracle Applications Recruitment Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
