Campus Administrator PURPOSE OF POSITION:
The purpose of this position is to oversee the pay collection function, ensure the residents' accounts are properly maintained, and delegated the administrative responsibility necessary for carrying out all assigned duties.
ROLE and
Responsibilities:
Monitor all reimbursement related to residents' accounts.
Supervise the Medicare, Medicaid, Hospice, Insurance, and Private Pay billers.
Point of contact for Hospital and Hospice discharge and facilitate the admissions process for all residents by providing a rapid response to resident referrals working with Discharge Planners, and Case Managers.
Appointed all administrative related assignments involving residents accounts.
Meet regularly with management to report activity.
Participate in care plan meetings.
Handles resident, and family member concerns with discretion and responds promptly.
Other duties as assigned by administrator.

Understands how to prioritize and execute.
Strong listening skills EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/
Qualifications:
Must possess, as a minimum, a high school diploma.
Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Exceptional Communications Skills Proficient in MS Office Strong Adaptability in most software applications.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
