We are looking for an onsite hands-on recruiter experienced in recruiting hourly and technical positions for manufacturing.
Under the direction of the Human Resources Manager, the recruiter will provide hands on assistance in recruitment and hiring and on-boarding new employees.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Providing HR Services focused on recruiting and retention of hourly and salaried positions -Creating job postings, screening applications, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, creating job offers, initiating background checks and follow up, scheduling pre-placement physicals and drug screens, and coordinating and supporting new hire orientation.
Basic
Qualifications:
o HS Diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution with 2-3 years of human resources or recruiting experience.
o Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.
Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
Preferred
Qualifications:
o 1
years of experience recruiting for a manufacturing or hourly workforce.
o 1
years of experience with HR information systems and Oracle.
o Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
